[Ansteorra-announce] Laurel's Prize Tourney

Laurel's Prize Tourney, September 13, 2008 has been awarded to the Shire of
Seawinds.  My thanks to all groups who indicated their interest in hosting
this event.

If you are interested in hosting Kingdom Arts & Sciences, please submit your
bids as soon as possible.  It has yet to be decided by the Premier Bard
whether or not to include Eisteddfod with Kingdom A&S.
