Oyez!  Oyez!  People of Ansteorra  Please Attend!

His Royal Majesty Ulstead the Unsteady and his queen, Her Royal Majesty
Ebergardis von Zell, will be seeking an heir!  Only the bravest and
strongest of heart will be considered for this honor.

To prove your bravery, strength and cunningness a tournament will take place
on Saturday, July 26th, 2008, hosted by the Province of Mooneschadowe.
Please come and enjoy the wonderful hospitality this province.

Saturday, July 26th, 2008.
 Located at Payne County Expo Center
off of Highway 51 on Fairgrounds Road in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Site will be open at 8am and close at 8pm.

Site fee will be $10 for people 15 years old and older,
$5 for ages 5 to 14 and the family maximum is $30.
ACCEPS will be accepted soon.

Crown Tourney LIX is approaching quickly, Saturday July 26th.  With this in
mind we ask
you to make your hotel reservations VERY, VERY SOON due to hotel occupancy
being filling
quickly due to a College/High School Baseball Tournament being held the same
weekend.

The following information is as of this afternoon at 2:45 (WEDNESDAY, JUNE
25TH):

Quality Inn - Sold out (HOWEVER, if you do have a reservation and you are a
*CURRENT card carrying*
*SCA  member*, please show them your card and you will get your room for
$70/night as per Ryan)

Best Western - There will be *10 rooms* available to SCA members *until July
11th*.  Those rooms are
$72 a night for (3) 2 double bed rooms and (7) 1 double bed rooms.  You can
make reservations
on line or call directly at (405) 377-7010. * Be sure to tell them you are
in the SCA to get the special*
*rate.*  After the rooms are gone and/or July 11th passes, it will be normal
prices.

Fairfield Inn - Sold out

Days Inn - There will be *2 Non-Smoking Queen rooms* (2 beds each room) *
$64.00/night* and
*8 Smoking Full rooms* (2 beds each room) *$59.99/night*.  These rooms will
*only be avialable*
for reservations at this price *until July 9th*.  *You must tell them you
are with the SCA to get that*
*price.*  You need to call directly at number (405) 372-0800 and make
reservations.  Please
remember that this goes away as of July 9th!  If the rooms are sold and it
is after the 9th, it will
be normal pricing.
