Come one, come all to the Barony of the Steppes on November
8th to celebrate the Coronation of

Gunthar II and
Elizabeth

*** All times are subject to change, and the schedule may be
revised, except for opening and closing ***

 

10 am – Gate opens

12 pm – Step down court

1 pm – Coronation (or half an hour after the end of step
down court)

2 pm – Peers meeting (or half an hour after coronation)

2:30 – GOOFS MTG

4 pm – Gate clases, setup for feast begins

5 pm – Feast

8 pm – Clean up / tear down

10 pm – Site closes

The Ladies of the Rose will be hosting a silent auction to
raise funds for Gulf War.

 

Their Royal Highnesses are holding a Toys for Tots
collection drive, in lieu of ponies for Gunthar. If you would like to
contribute, please bring an unwrapped toy in its original packaging.

is $10.00

Site Fee: Adult (14+) $10 *

Child (6-15) $5

Children 5 and under are free

Feast is limited to 10 people. Pre-registration through
ACCEPS is strongly encouraged.

* Those paying the adult site fee, who do not show proof of
current membership, must pay additional $3 surcharge

 

Make checks payable to SCA, Inc. / Barony of the Steppes

 

The Family Max price covers a maximum of two adults of the
same household and their legal minor children

 

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian,
They may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and
notarized waiver form from their parents.
