[Ansteorra-announce] Kingdom Law update

[Master Phelim Gervase called pug]

Good Morning,

 

  This weekend at Bryn Gwlad's Candlemas event there were two changes of
Kingdom Law read into effect.

 

  The first is to comply with the change at the Society level to remove
reference to the office of Waterbearer.

 

  The second is to move Elfsea's Perpetual Event Data to be the first
weekend of April.

 

  These will both be published in the next April Blackstar since the
deadline is past for the March Blackstar.
