Unfortunately, my plans to attend Central Regional 12th Night had to change due to some unexpected car problems/expenses.  Those of you in Central Region who need Charters for your Guilds or any individual who needs Charters to paint, please contact me off-list and give me your mailing addresses and I will get some to you post haste.
