[Ansteorra-announce] Come celebrate Bryn Gwlad's Candlemas in Venice

Bryn Gwlad's Candlemas celebration is fast approaching.  Come to Bryn Gwlad
to celebrate Candlemas in Venice.  There will be classes!  There will be
Arts & Sciences!  There will be Bardic!  There will be a mask competition!
Most of all, There will be dancing!

The afternoon will be filled with learning and presenting.  The evening will
be filled with dancing, feasting, and merriment.  Between each remove there
will be a set of dancing.

There is one change from the Blackstar announcement, the hall will open at
9:00 am.  Yes, that is one more hour that we get to spend it with our
friends!
