[Ansteorra-announce] Changes for Elfsea's Artisan and Bardic Champions

Due to the event dates changing in Elfsea, we would like to inform the artists and bards of this fair kingdom that Elfsea's A&S and Bardic Champions will now be chosen at Elfsea's Fall Event. More details about these competitions will be provided with the event ads in the fall.
