[Ansteorra-announce] New ansteorra-announce behavior

Greetings,

As of today, the Ansteorra-Announce mailing list
(ansteorra-announce at ansteorra.org) will send a copy of all of its
posts to the Ansteorra discussion list (ansteorra at ansteorra.org) as
well.

What does this mean for you?

- If you are ONLY subscribed to the Ansteorra-Announce list, you will
notice no difference.

- If you are ONLY subscribed to the Ansteorra discussion list, you
will see postings from Ansteorra-Announce.

- If you are subscribed to BOTH lists, testing now shows that you
should only get a single copy of any message sent to
Ansteorra-Announce. If you start receiving duplicates, it is probably
because you are subscribed to both lists under two different email
addresses that wind up going to the same place.

As before, all messages sent to Ansteorra-Announce are held for
approval, although their copies will show up on the Ansteorra list
immediately, assuming the sender is subscribed to that list. (If not,
they should be held for approval there as well.)
