[Ansteorra-announce] Last call for Letters of Intent for Kingdom A&S

Greetings Artisans of Ansteorra,

The time for Kingdom Arts and Sciences draws nigh and as such we will 
need Letters of Intent from those who plan on competing. I will be taking Letters of Intent through Wed. 02/10.

For those with static displays please be aware that you will be allotted a 1/2 table 
for display. If you plan on bringing alcohol please make that in your 
Letter of Intent you state that you are so that I can make sure that 
there are appropriate accommodations for you and your entry.

The Letter of Intent needs to have the following:

Given Name
SCA Name
Nature of your entry - static (genre), performance (genre)
And if your display requires any special needs such as floor space, 
electricity or a wall.

Kingdom Arts and Sciences will be held at the Texas Freshwater Fish 
Hatcheries located at 5550 F.M. 2495 in  Athens, TX on Feb. 13th.
The site will open at 8 am and close at 8 pm. 

Site Fees:
Adults $10.00
Minors (10-17) $8.00
Children (5-9) $5.00
Under 5 free
Family Max $30.00
Non-member surcharge will apply

We have several things planned during the day for those being judged to enjoy. At 1 pm we will be hosting Princess
Gilyan's Princess's Tea for the Light community. At 2 pm our youngest fighters in the realm will compete for the title
of  Royal Youth Champion. Throughout the day Sir Lochlan has graciously offered to teach a class on footwork and sword work.
We also will have a scribal table for charter painting hosted by our Central Regional Scribe, Lady Carletta.

The side board lunch,which is included in your site fee, is provided by the Shire of Rosenfeld and will consist of:
Coffee, Tea, Water
Vegetable Barley Soup
Split Pea Soup
Assorted Cookies
