[Ansteorra-announce] Not going to Pennsic? Make insignia!

Greetings Ansteorrans,

The Kingdom really needs Sable Talon insignia.  If you have the means, please consider making a few pieces.  All other insignia cheerfully and gratefully accepted, of course, but Talons are in particularly short supply.

So, if you need something to do to fill the hours while many of our friends are at Pennsic, make insignia!
