[Ansteorra-announce] Kingdom Chronicler's office soon to be open for applications

Greetings Ansteorra,

The upcoming July Round Table will mark my 2 years in office.  It is time to let another helm the Black Star.  As of Mar 1, the office will be open for applications.  Please send your applications and copies of your picture ID and proof of membership to myself at chronicler at ansteorra.org, to Their Royal Highnesses at coronet at ansteorra.org and to the Society Chronicler at chronicler at sca.org .

The successful candidate needs to be accomplished at desktop publishing and be deadline-oriented.  The Kingdom Chronicler puts together the Black Star every month on a deadline, dealing with dozens of people sending in reports, letters, officer & contact information updates, event ads and original content (art, articles, poetry, etc.), as well as overseeing all regional and local chroniclers.  The Kingdom Chronicler should be at Round Tables and Coronations, as well as other events.

Most local groups publish their newsletters electronically, and that is in the future for the Kingdom newsletters across the SCA, as well.
