From the SCA Legal Committee:  
 
 Greetings unto the membership of the SCA,   
 
 The Legal Committee is looking for SCA members who are legal professionals (attorneys, paralegals and law students) to become members of the committee. Legal professionals with experience in California corporate matters are particularly needed.  The Legal Committee answers questions posed to it by the Board of Directors and maintains confidentiality with the same.  Time commitment varies according to needs of the Board of Directors, but averages one to two hours per quarter.  Internet access required as most work is done through email discussion. Variety in practice areas, work experience and SCA experience encouraged.   
 
 Interested members please send legal and SCA resumes to the committee chairperson Margaret Polson via email at legalchair at sca.org.  Please address any questions regarding the open positions to the same.
