[Ansteorra-announce] GW XXII - Early On Requirements / Deadlines

For those generous souls that are going early to GW XXII as part of a work
crew or part of a department such as Land, Gate, Volunteer Point, Security,
Live Weapons, or whatever, you need to follow specific rules and
registration deadlines. ***This includes all those people that may be
riding with someone that is early on, if you are going early you must
follow these rules.***

First: you need to get in contact with the Department Leader that you are
working with to make sure that you are on their list that they must provide
to GW Staffing.

Second: You need to preregister by midnight, Jan 1st, 2013 - New years Day.

Third: Go to the Ansteorran Muster Site and register there.

If you are not preregistered and on a list with one of the departments you
cannot be onsite early.
