The Board of Directors is very pleased to have received a number of excellent bids for the SCA's 50th Year Celebration.  However, due to the special needs of this very special event, it has been decided to extend the bid process to July 31, 2012.  The Board has stated that it will make its final decision regarding bids on August 15, 2012.

Anyone who is interested in submitting a bid for 50th Year Celebration is strongly encouraged to do so.  Information on how to do this can be found at

If you have already submitted a bid you may take this opportunity to polish and fine-tune it.
