[Ansteorra-announce] Gulf Wars Opening Ceremonies

We would like to invite any and all members of the populace to march with
us in the Opening Ceremonies procession at Gulf Wars.  If you have cool
banners and heraldry, please bring those as well.

If you prefer to watch the procession, please do so and we will meet you at
the castle for Opening Ceremonies.
