We know many people who have been affected by Yahoo's recent mail changes,
by being unexpectedly bumped off of various mailing lists. After much
behind-the-scenes work, our hosting provider has sent out this message:

"On Wednesday, May 7th, starting at 6pm, we will be performing maintenance
on all our discussion list services. We will be upgrading the the Mailman
software that’s running those lists from 2.1.14 to 2.1.17. Along with this
upgrade we’re also turning on DKIM capabilities. This is a very important
change for those of you who have been affected by Yahoo’s DMARC compliance
change.

During this maintenance window your list administration interface will be
unavailable. Messages posted to your list during this time will be queued
and delivered later when the maintenance has been completed."

Once this upgrade has been completed, people with yahoo.com, att.net,
sbcglobal.net, and similarly affected email addresses should be able to
subscribe once more with no worries.
