Steppes 12th Night – See You All Tomorrow!


 
Site: Corral Barn, 3312 North Central Expressway, Plano, Texas 75074.


 
Directions: Take best route to Plano and take US 75. Take Parker Road exit. If coming south on

75, take the overpass and turn north onto the frontage road (do not continue on Parker). Take the

third entrance on the right (in front of the Hangout Patio Bar & Grill). If you pass Joe’s Crab

Shack you’ve gone too far.


 
Eisteddfod Schedule: Eisteddfod will begin when Morning Court has finished. Morning Court will be at the pleasure of Their Majesties and Her Excellency. The site opens at 10:00 am.


 
Food: There are no restrictions on outside food. The tree course Sideboard begins at 2 pm. There are many, many choices of restaurants in the same parking lot as the site. (It’s a big parking lot.) There are many more within half a mile or les of the site.


 
Beverages: No alcohol can be brought into the site. A cash bar is available, cash meaning folding green as well as debit / credit cards. No tabs. (If you would like to give an unopened bottle of home brew as a gift, there is a large parking lot, and a little green area where you can get out of the rain.)


 
Non-alcoholic Beverages: Per the Steward: “The site does not want you to bring in popular commercial beverages (like Coke or Sprite or IBC Root Beer) or bottled water. If you like atypical sodas, or want to bring in your own gallon containers of water, or fruit juice, or Gatorade, or lemonade these are FINE!”Ice is free, and there is a water fountain. The cash bar will offer sodas and bottled water.
 
Capten Rhys and HL Alexandra Notte Clare are gifting the event with a syrup bar, so things can be added to the water and the ice, or buy your favorite at the cash bar and bring it over to cocktail it up. (Capten Rhys has everything ready for Atholbrose, just bring over the whiskey!)

Child: $10.00

Family Max: $60.00

Non-membership surcharge: $5.00Checks accepted.
 
Weather: Weatherbug shows a slight chance of rain at 10 am, when site opens, with temps through midnight in the high to low forties. Please check your local weather conditions, and check the traffic, and have a safe and pleasant journey. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Hall of our Resplendent Baroness, Her Excellency Ekatarina.
