Greetings Polling Orders of Ansteorra,


We wanted to contact you in regards, to our upcoming circles.  Here are our
guidelines for our circles:


   - All proxies must be emailed to crown at ansteorra.org at least 3 days
   prior to the event where circle is being held
   - No agendas, but we will have a strict circle time limit
   - If you want to ensure your business is discussed, please contact us at
   least 3 days prior to event at crown at ansteorra.org
   - Abstains will not be in the count
