[Ansteorra-announce] Gulf Wars XXVI - March 11th - 19th 2017

Greetings Ansteorra!

Gulf War XXV was quite an event and one that will be remembered!
Unfortunately some of this memory is that many groups and many people lost
tents, garb, and miscellaneous equipment in the storms.

If you have not already done so, now is the time to be working at
replacing, repairing, and getting ready for Gulf Wars XXVI.

As in past years, if your group is wanting to have a encampment on
Ansteorra Lands you will need to have a Group Land Coordinator.

The duties of the Group Land Coordinator will need to be the first person
on site from your group and the last one to leave. They will be the person
that I work with to make sure that all their people are listed correctly,
trenches and pits are filled in, trash is picked up, and if there are any
problems this will be the first person I go to.

Remember that all land is divided up based on preregistrations. If you do
not preregister for Gulf War and register as camping with your group then
land is not set aside for you.
