Greetings Ansteorra!
One way to be involved during this time of not being able to gather together is to hold an office! Local, Regional, Deputy to Kingdom, and Kingdom Offices are always fulfilling and teaches you a lot about the interworking of the SCA. 
Below is the current list of Regional and Kingdom level offices opened at this time:

Applications due 8/31:
Kingdom Rapier Marshal
Kingdom Armored Marshal
Kingdom Equestrian Marshal
Obelisk Herald (In charge of websites)
Northern Regional MOC
Central Regional MOC
Southern Regional MOC

Tressure Herald (Leader of the education team)
Central Regional Scribe

Applications due 11/30:
Bordure Herald (Handles external submissions)
Star Signet (Head of the College of Scribes)
Insignia Deputations (Deputy to Star Signet - Education, Tracking Inventory, and promote creation of Insignia)
Southern Regional Chronicler 
Southern Regional Scribe

Northern Regional Seneschal
