[Ansteorra-announce] Martial reopening

Greetings unto the populace of Ansteorra,
 
  After a long evening of discussion, the Crown, Kingdom Seneschal, and I have decided to reopen martial practices. This discussion and group statuses will occur weekly until the end of the pandemic.
 
  In all sincerity, we don’t want anyone to feel obligated to attend obligated to attend SCA activities during the pandemic. Please take this to heart!
 
  This week we are only allowing the joint practices in Namron/Wiesenfeuer to be Phase 2 and they have agreed to hold both their fencing and armored practices. People with residency outside these branches are not to attend. These groups were selected as the pilot because of the lower cases in Oklahoma and the size of this practice limits our risk while increasing our feedback to the challenges of wearing face masks. 
 
  Other groups are either Phase 1 (target archery, thrown weapons, and equestrian) or stop sign (no martial practices) based on the chart on:

  Please review the plan as there are changes and clarifications after the feedback we received including:
Until further notice, martial practices in all phases must be outdoors and all attendees must wear masks
Phase 1 branches may not travel to any other branch
Phase 2 branches may only travel to other Phase 2 branches
Your home branch is determined by your primary residence
Minors are disallowed participation in Phase 1 and 2
  Going forward changes will be clearly indicated to quickly identify them.
 
  Marshals and interested officers should attend the procedural training on Sunday at 7pm. Details will be made available via email to most based on your marshal authorization, but all can find it on  Facebook at:
