[Ansteorra-announce] Change of martial reopen plan

Greetings unto Ansteorra,
 
  After consultation with the Crown, Kingdom Seneschal and youth deputies, in regards to the Society resumption of events we have decided to modify the martial reopen plan.
 
  Effective May 1st all outdoor adult martial practices will reopen requiring face masks. Youth martial activities and indoor practices will resume at a future date yet to be determined. Solid barriers within the helm/mask will no longer be considered equivalent. In alignment with the Society requirements for events there shall be no sharing of food and water. 
 
  Because of the confusion and potential unfairness of having divergent standards for practices versus events, there will be no additional martial requirements beyond Society and local jurisdiction guidelines. The tracking data will continue to be published for local marshals’ awareness, but barring dire circumstances the different phases will not impact the requirements within the kingdom. The website has been revised to reflect this change.
