SCARS has the advantage that you make the payment at the time of registration instead of waiting for a separate invoice. It is the same system used to purchase SCA memberships. Members will use the same account they used to purchase their membership. Non members will need to create a new account, but they do not need to purchase a membership. Multiple people, both members and non members can be put on a single order.  Also, site booklets will be available for purchase through the registration system.
Early Registration by paper form and check or money order must be postmarked by February 1, 2022. No paper forms postmarked after February 1, 2022, will be accepted. Early registration by SCARS will be charged at the discounted price. All registrations made by February 15, 2022 and not refunded will count in land allotments.

When filling out your registration please indicate which group you are camping with.

Gulf Wars will operate under the Gleann Abhann COVID Policy (including mask policies) which can be accessed at https://gleannabhann.neta/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Gleann.Abhann.Covid_.Policy.pdf
Based on the wording and intent of this policy, masks will be required in the vast majority of Merchant’s Row including food areas as well as the majority of classroom settings in order to maintain the requirement of 6 feet of social distance or mask requirement. We will continue to monitor the situation in the coming weeks in order to reassess and/or amend our decision as events change.
