[Ansteorra-announce] Contact Tracing

As many you have seen,the SCA has removed the requirement of contact tracing.  With this change in policy, Ansteorra will remove this requirement effective immediately. 

As a reminder, all in person events must post the required health and safety signage available at https://www.sca.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/052021EventSign.pdf
