[Ansteorra-announce] Upcoming Events - Bids due January 10, 2025

[Events Deputy]

Greetings Ansteorra! We have a few events currently open for bids. Bids for
all events are due at 11:59pm January 10, 2025.

Per kingdom law, all events require youth activities and a quiet space. All
events will also need room for court to be held, a private space to be used
for the Royals, and should a bid be submitted with a feast and/or
sideboard, appropriate kitchen, serving, and dining facilities will be
needed.

All bids will need to be submitted to the Crown, the Crown Heirs, the
Kingdom Seneschal, and the Events Deputy. Bids need to be complete,
including pictures of site, budget, Black Star advertisement, and the event
ad checklist. All documents must be signed and bids must be fully completed
to be considered.

*Kingdom Collegium *July 12, 2025
*Kingdom Arts and Sciences *September 13, 2025
*Fall Coronation *October 11, 2025

*Queen's Champion* November 8, 2025
- list field for rapier tournament required
*Winter Crown Tournament* December 6, 2025
