[Ansteorra-announce] Bids Open for Coronation and Queen's Champion Due 11/1/24

Greetings Ansteorra!

Bids are now being accepted for Spring Coronation to be held on April 12,
2025 and Queen's Champion to be held May 10, 2025.

*Bids for both events are due no later than November 1, 2024. ZERO BIDS
HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME.*

Bids will need information on the site and facilities available for use,
including cost, hours available, restrictions (such as fire or alcohol),
parking and parking restrictions, accessibility, and other
additional information one deems necessary for a properly informed decision
to be made.  Please submit official bids, Blackstar ad, event ad checklist,
and photos of the site. All documents must be signed and bids must be fully
completed to be considered.

Please email complete bids to Their Majesties, Their Highnesses, the
Kingdom Seneschal, and the Events Deputy.

*F**east/sideboard is an option item and not a requirement. Should bids
include feast, please adhere to correct requirements.*

   Area large enough to hold 200 seated in rows with space for the royal
   presence

   Small side room for Royal use

   Youth Activities
   -

   Quiet Space
   -

   Small list field for King's Champion Tournament (heavy combat)

   -

   Area large enough to hold 200 seated in rows with space for the royal
   presence

   Small side room for Royal use
   -

   Area large enough to hold 100 seated at table
   -

   Appropriate space for kitchen crew (either a catering kitchen or a full
   commercial kitchen)
   -

   Youth Activities

   Quiet Space
   -
