[Ansteorra-announce] Kingdom Bard Champion Scroll Needed

Greetings Scribes of Ansteorra!

It appears the Premier Bard scroll was never assigned. Ideally, it needs to
be at Kingdom A&S for Eisteddfod this Saturday. However, that is a very
tight turnaround so this champion scroll may have to be delayed,
unfortunately. But, it will need to be completed during this current reign.
If you are interested in completing this scroll, please let me know as soon
as possible.
