[Ansteorra-announce] No Mundane ID required for Gulf War XXXIV

It has been determined that no mundane ID will be required for inspections
for any discipline at Gulf War XXXIV.

Fighter authorization and medalion are still required, though. Do not
forget them back at camp when you go to get inspected.
