Your group needs to designate a person to be incharge of getting 
names to Deborah and Stephan (at least 2 weeks ahead of time) and be 
general liason and also distributor of tickets. 

All items for sale have to be reviewed by the Renfaire Commission 
(the guys running the Renfaire) so if you want to sell something 
while at the compound call Deborah first ASAP and be prepared to send 
polaroid pictures of the items to where she designates. 

I don't know of any current requirements for displays but you may 
check with Deborah to make sure.

In our group (Raven's Fort) Kief is the liason.
In StarGate I would assume Deborah is.
I don't know the names of any of the others at this time.
Your seneschal should know if your group has one.
