Need to Contact Sir Axel

Can anyone put me in contact with Sir Axel in Elfsea?

I have a document which details the "geneaology" of the chivalry of the SCA;
who knighted who and how far removed they are from the Original Knights.  My
problem is, I believe I was at Sir Axel's knighting at a Pennsic War and my
memory of who knighted him disagrees with this document.

I would like to check with a more reliable source than my moth-ridden memory.
