Subj: needed: Ansteorran archery rules

I am looking for the latest Ansteorran rules on combat
archery. I am paticularly interested in the rules
regarding the new solid rubber tips.

I would also be interested in a source for these tips
or even what they are called when I start asking around
for them.

If this information is available in computer form that
would be even better. (A gentle in the East Kingdom and
I have been corresponding and he would like to see the
rules, also.)
