child endangerment and religious significance?

OK.  What I'm getting out of the child-endangerment situation is that:

   Someone was endangering a child, and was exhibiting behaviors associated
   with some religious movement.  

   In response, a ban on all visible religious items was put into place
   (or at least that's what I think I read in my Black Star).

Since we have been talking about heraldry here lately, I thought I'd
mention another file of mine. This is a 14K byte file detailing
some of the humorous arms that have been passed in the SCA. Mostly
puns.

Including the Barony of Windmaster's Hill, Clarissa. That one's a
classic.

Anyway, if anyone would like a copy, let me know. I guess I could 
also post it here if there wouldn't be objections.
