 I never understood why the hospitaler isn't. It makes a helluvalot of
 sense since they are supposed to be a first point of contact for people
 new to the group/region.

Check inside front cover of August BLACK STAR. Kingdom Hospitaler is there;
deputies and regionals hospitalers are on the back pages.  Hospitaler is now
a full part of this discussion.
