It's spring on the Western Border and its time to attend the Barony of 
Bonwcike's Octavian - April 26-28

ACTIVITES: Baronial Defender will be chosen for both light and heavey.  
There are Chariot Races.  Prizes will be given for the best of each type 
of animal along with Best Death.  Archers and those skilled with knife, 
ax and spear will also have a tournament.  A baronial Artisan as well as 
the Baronial Bard will be chosen.  A Noble feast will be held for all 
brass and peerage.

SITE: Fee will be $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children.  Please make 
checks payable to SCA Inc./Barony on Bonwicke.  Merchants are welcome and 
no taxes will be levied.  No trailers, pets or alcohol will be allowed on 
site.  Ground fires will be allowed only in exisiting fire ring.  Site 
will be open on 5 P.m. on Fridya and close at 12 noon on Sunday.  the 
event will be held at the Rio Blanco Girl Scout Camp (yes...it has trees, 
smile).
