Uh, check again. This is not Susan's opinion, but a legal 
opinion, bought and paid for. It was researched by an 
independent law firm. Susan mearly posted it as a service to us. 
A more careful reading of the opening statements will make this 
obvious.

Are they right? I dunno, I'm not a tax specialist lawyer like 
they are. But until I see a more authoritative disenting legal 
opinion, I will assume they are.
