Yep.  They're held at Raymond Rimkus Park in Leon Valley, at the corner 
of Evers and Poss, across the street from the Leon Valley Library.

Can't remember our Heavy Marshal's # off the top of my head, but our 
rapier marshal's (Isobel) # is 210-690-1116.  She'll be happy to give 
better directions.
