With Regards to Larkin O'Kane's statement that he will "not again attribute a reason for HRM actions (or inactions) without his saying what they are," and so 
forth, that's fine.  I personally find it difficult to just accept things
when given with no reason, and so often will try and *find* some sort of
rhyme or reason in a set of events.  I would prefer to not attribute negative
reasons, as I may have mentioned earlier, and therefore try to find the least
complex, most reasonable set of reasons for any given set of actions.

Such speculation, and that's all that it is, I realize, is no different to
me if it takes place here, than if it takes place in my living room, or
around a camp-fire (except here, I'm not nearly such a "potty-mouth").

If you would rather not hear or read such speculations, I would appreciate it
if you wouldn't ask rhetorical questions - or clearly indicate that they are
such, since people WILL try an answer them otherwise.
