Yes... the marshalls will be inspecting your *list legal* snorkel one half
hour before the tournament.  Please insure that the diameter of the snorkel
is over 1 1/4 inches and that the diameter of the intake hole is less than 1
inch as a blow could be thrown in such a manner as to go down the tube and
hit you in the teeth.  No exceptions will be made to these new rules;
fighters with beavors or closed-faced helms will be forced to withdraw from
the list via dogpaddle.

Another note:  Any fighter found hiding a buyancy control device under his
surcoat will also be ejected.  The marshallate feels that a crown level
fighter should be capable of treading water through a tourney unassisted.
