ANST - Music in Courts:was Long Courts, Loud Populace

  I appreciate music at court as long as it is filler and background, and not
in-front entertainment.  There are times that it is pleasant to visit quietly
with my neighbors and friends during the lulls in court, (usually with
somewhat witty comments on the procedures) and I do not appreciate musicians
who perform, and expect concert-hall quiet as they do so.  This is not
pointed ay anyone in particular, just another small pet peeve.  I really
enjoyed the courts we had when musicians would give a sort of musical
flourish to all the proceedings.
