Galen here!

If a non-fighting couple want to rule a kingdom, it can be done in
the Outlands!

So, Sir Jeff wins Crown fighting for Lady Jane. The day after their
Coronation, he stands up in court, removes his Crown, and abdicates.
Lady Jane, now Sovereign, appoints her husband, Lord James, to be
the Consort and King. They write Sir Jeff a check for $1,000, make
him a Court Baron, and complete the reign.

Obviously, this has never happened, but if it did, it would be
within Outlands Kingdom Law and Corpora.

I wonder if that's really what the Outlands wants.
