Candlemas Rapier Tournament...

All are invited to attend the Candlemas Rapier Tournament (weather
permitting) February 9 in Bryn Gwlad. 

There will not be eliminations, but only fighting for the display of
skill and the pleasure of the populace.   There may be "command
performances" by the ruling nobles, other gentles, or for the pleasure
of the populace, where fighters will be assigned to fight each other
in a specific style.

There will be three prizes given at the pleasure of the
participants. 
1 - One prize will be given at the pleasure of the Dons for the
fighter that they feel shows himself to be a skillful and worthy
gentleman. 
2 - Another prize shall given at the pleasure of the populace, for the
fighter that gives them the greatest delight. 3 - A third prize will
be given at the pleasure of the participants in the tournament, for
the fighter that inspires admiration.

All are invited to bring prizes of their own, to be given for what
reasons they will.

Other entertainments may be enjoyed as well.
