For those of you who have overflowing mailboxes, there is a digest
version. The easiest way is to go to:

http://www.ansteorra.org/lists.html

to change subscriptions. NOTE: You will probably want to unsubscribe
from the Ansteorra list when you subscribe to the Ansteorra-Digest list.
They are duplicates of the same information.

If you want to do it by hand, you can send mail to majordomo at eden.com
with the message *body* of:

unsubscribe ansteorra
subscribe ansteorra-digest
end

That will do both of the above actions.
