Would have been handy for Rebekah and I if this were true, but to my 
knowledege no such list exists.  We got suggestions from people from all 
over the Kingdom, from beginners up through peers and sifted through them.  
When we had decided on who to choose, that person did not come to 
Coronation.  We decided that the Lion of Ansteorra is not something one 
shoud get as a "runner-up", even if the person/people in the second place 
slot was/were very deserving.  Every one we considered was someone we felt 
would someday be a Lion (or already were, in their heart), but we worked 
hard to think who _we_ would like to recognize.  So when we were unable to 
get that individual at Coronation, we felt it better not to give the award 
that reign.  I don't know how other Crowns have done it, but that's what we 
did.
