Dear Horid,

Just a quick mail before the PEmail team scatters to the four corners of
the world for the Easter weekend. 

A quick tip for you if you're going to be away yourself; try using the
auto-reply facility on your PersonalEmail account to let people know
where you are and when you're going to be back "behind the keys!". 

If you go into your PersonalEmail Webpage (at the web address above);
click on the "Options" logo on the left hand side of your PEmail
webpage, you will see a box for entering an Auto-Reply message. By
clicking in the box, you can enter whatever you want.  I recommend that
you put in a small message letting whoever mails you know where you are
and how you can be reached (if you want) and when you will be back.

Before you turn off your computer, turn "auto-reply messages" ON. Whilst
you're there,  turn "Message Forwarding" OFF; from the same page. Don't
forget to click "Update Options" at the bottom of the page.

Now whilst you're away, when anyone sends you an email they will
automatically be sent back a copy of your auto-reply message. If you
turn forwarding OFF you will be able to access your messages, stored on
your PEmail webpage. This is presuming that you actually WANT to read
your email whilst you're away!

A word of warning: If you happen to be a member of any mailing lists,
it's NOT a good idea to have your automailer turned on. People in charge
of mailing lists get annoyed by having mails sent back to their
automailers. Be warned!
