/like the Lion, can only be given to knights, and may only be granted by
/the Queen with the _unanimous_ consent of the order.  Inman, Sigmund, Ricardo
/and Thorkel are the current members of that order.

And has to have the consent of the Order of the Rose (or at least that is
what was printed in the Black Star )Though none of the members
 Order I asked had ever been consulted.
