ANST - Kingdom A&S

Good morning everyone,

Can someone tell me if letters of intent were required or recommended for
Kingdom A&S?  I Still have not be told is they are allowing horses on site,so
I don't know if I'm entering or not.  If you can shed some light on this for
me, I'd appreciate it.
