Greetings Unto All Who Read These Words

My household and I are seeking information regarding the
upcoming "Battle of The Three Kings" event.  Specifically,
we're wondering if merchants are welcome and, if so, if there
will be a designated "Merchant's Row" area similar to that
at Steppes Warlord.

If anyone can be of assistance, we would be most grateful.
