ANST - Request for game

When do you need it?  How about elk and/or bear? Or cougar (they are NOT
endangered, in fact they are dangerously OVER-populated right now)? 

I have some contacts in northern Idaho through my mother, and although I
may not be able to get it for free, I may be able to get cheap.  Like
cheaper than beef.
