No Mundane Martial Arts Experience
8 years as a full-time armorer taught me nothing about fighting, but did give me the upper body strength to throw certain specific shots.  I have won a few fights with hammer blows, even though I have never used a hammer on the field.

Ok here is yet another subject to throw out. 
The other day I was talking with a friend of mine who is a mid-level
(Blue or Green belt) Tae Kwon Do practitioner and had worked as a bouncer
in a few clubs.  Not the fellow you or I would want tohave mad at you. 
However, on the tourny field he claims that I (with no martial arts or
other training at all) could  beat him most of the time.  What I am
wanting to do is take a little survey of the fighters on this list and
see if there is any connection to SCA fighting ability and mundane
fighting training.  

What I ask is the following information. 

SCA fighting style and rank(if any)
Mundane martial arts training( style, rank, #years, etc)
any job related training or experience (military,police,boucer)

I understand some people may not be ALLOWED to tell me EVERYTHING they
know, but tell as much as you can. When I seem  to have quit recieving
responses, I will compile the info and post it on here for your
curiousity.
