ANST - Dry sites will annoy the chemically dependent

I'm sorry for speaking on a subject that is rather touchy with some
people, but I feel obligated to say something about it.

The issue with 'dry' sites only relates to full weekend camping
events, not day events.  After a day event people have to drive 
home and I have no problem with having a 'dry' policy at said events.

I just hope this doesn't force us to have only one day events.
